Hotel accommodation is not being provided and so you should organize your own accommodation for the duration of the congress. We advise that you book well in advance to ensure a room. The organization has blocked a number of rooms in various price categories. Rooms can be booked online through Preferred Hotel Reservations until May 1st, 2013. After this date rooms might be available but cannot be guaranteed.

A few rooms for a lower prize are available in the Stayokay Hostel Utrecht-Bunnik, which is located in a park only about 6 km from the conference site. It is possible to rent bicycles at the hostel.
